Registered Nurse (RN) – Specialty Team Lead
Schedule: Day Shift
Employment Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire
Hourly Rate: $34.58 – $51.00/hour (based on education and experience)

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse Specialty Team Lead provides clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality patient care and team performance. This role combines hands‑on nursing expertise with strong leadership, mentoring, and coordination skills. The Team Lead collaborates closely with interdisciplinary partners to support patient outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence while upholding organizational mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to policies and procedures
- Coordinate daily nursing operations including patient assignments, staffing, and workflow management
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, supporting care plan development and professional growth
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching feedback, and support staff development plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs and optimize care delivery
- Participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient outcomes
- Manage resources efficiently including staffing, equipment, and supply utilization
- Advocate for continuing education and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (verified via Nursys)
- BLS certification (AHA) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
- Certification in leadership or nursing specialty (e.g., Nurse Executive, CNL)
