Certified Medical Assistant

Pride Health is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Taylor, TX 76574. This is a 3 month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Name: Medical Assistant

Location: Taylor, TX 76574.

Duration: 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Payrate: $20-23/hr. on w2/Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am to 5 pm (5 days/wk.)

Note: Training will be in Pflugerville, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients.
• Obtaining vitals including manual BP, draw labs, perform procedures such as nebulizers, ear lavage, EKG, eye exams, and other screenings as needed.
• Responsible for patient outreach, answering phones, and medical management of patients.

Qualifications:

• Highschool/GED or equivalent.
• Current, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Current, BLS Certification
