Job Title: RN Case Manager
Location: Grand Blanc, MI
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Gross: $2100 - $2200/weekly
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of acute inpatient case management experience, including acute discharge planning.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
- BLS Certification – Must be current and issued through AHA.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Experience with CarePort – Required
- Able and willing to be physically present on patient floors and engage directly with patients.
- Ability to acclimate quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with AllScripts, GEMS/Sunrise systems.
- Working knowledge of utilization management, performance improvement, and managed care reimbursement.
Salary : $48 - $50
