Location: Sylva, NC
Job Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 Week/s
Pay Range: 58/Hour - 62.65/Hour
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
- Productivity expectations: 30 points
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: None
- Coverage Areas: Jackson, Swain, Haywood Counties.
- Milage will be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes.
Provide therapeutic interventions and reassess patient progress to support functional independence.
Complete discharge planning, documentation, and patient/caregiver education as needed.
- Experience: Home Health experience, Homecare Homebase software experience preferred
- License(s): Occupational Therapist license - North Carolina
- Certification(s): Basic Life Support - AHA
- Years of experience: 1 year
