Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Type: 1-Year Contract, possible extension
Pay Rate: $50-$56.00/hour (based on experience)
About the Role
Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support our global technology client’s rapidly scaling healthcare operations. This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role focused on patient-facing positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds exceptional candidate relationships, and consistently delivers results with precision and integrity.Key Responsibilities
Candidate Management & Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, patient-facing roles
- Conduct phone screens, set expectations, and position One Medical effectively
- Schedule interviews and conduct prep calls for late-stage candidates
- Lead closing processes, including offer discussions and post-hire paperwork
- Build strong, trust-based candidate relationships
- Utilize multiple sourcing tools to identify external talent
- Manage internal searches while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
- 1 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- 3 year of full-cycle recruiting in any vertical, including independently closing candidates
- Proficiency using Greenhouse (ATS) required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
