Russell Tobin/Pride Global is currently seeking Inventory Clerk to support a major Residential and Commercial HVAC company. This role focuses on researching inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes, and providing actionable feedback to the Inventory Supervisor to help reduce transactional errors within the distribution center.

Work Location: Lewisburg, TN - Working On Site

Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00/hourly

Duration: Long Term Contract Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with physical inventory execution
• Support Cycle Counters with 6S audit issues
• Research and resolve transactional discrepancy indicators from the previous day
• Investigate and locate items listed on Short Order reports and apply posting changes as needed
• Perform root cause analysis for cycle count discrepancies
• Research stock discrepancies and resolve bin-level inventory issues
• Escalate plant-level inventory adjustments to the Inventory Supervisor
• Provide daily reporting of actions taken and recommendations using a provided template
• Practice strong customer service when interacting with internal teams, partner companies, and customers to ensure positive interactions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Experience working with SAP is preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and proactive work style
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate on projects
