The Science Team at Pride Health is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for “Customer Service Analyst” this position is 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer issue resolution for one of client's business groups in USAC Customer Operations.
Analyze customer-specific payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
Partner with internal teams (e.g., sales) to resolve delinquent accounts efficiently.
Perform thorough collection activities on past-due accounts using phone, email, and written communications.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer payment behavior and open accounts receivable items.
Investigate the underlying causes of delinquency and implement effective resolution strategies.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
