Key Responsibilities:
- Receive clear, and daily direction to support accurate and timely shipping and receiving operations.
- Ensure strong communication between team members, and other departments to maintain a productive workflow.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the team, resolving conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the shipping process to ensure that all orders are packed and shipped accurately.
- Prioritize and confirm that all orders are shipped on time.
- Supervise the receiving of inbound product and oversee correct distribution within the warehouse.
- Use inventory systems to manage order processing, tracking, and location of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory by performing audits, cycle counts, and addressing discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve warehouse inaccuracies, collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date receiving and shipping documentation.
- Actively share ideas and suggestions for process improvements with the Fulfillment Center Manager.
- Adhere to safety policies.
- Prior experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn and effectively use warehouse management software.
- Intermediate computer proficiency (e.g., email, inventory software, spreadsheets).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to investigate and correct warehouse inventory inaccuracies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or warehouse training a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
