Sales Manager - Pride Kia (Boston Area)

Pride Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager to help lead and elevate our Kia store.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build and lead opportunity.

We are looking for someone who:

• Leads from the front, not the desk
• Brings structure, accountability, and energy to the floor
• Understands that modern retail requires speed, process, and engagement
• Is comfortable driving change and raising standards
  
  
  

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Driving daily sales performance and accountability
• Implementing and enforcing a consistent, modern sales process
• Coaching and developing a team with varying experience levels
• Improving key metrics:
• Appointment show rates
• Closing ratios
• Gross profit
• Ensuring consistent CRM usage and follow-up discipline
• Leading by example in customer engagement (including video communication)
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership in a dealership environment (Sales Manager or high-performing F&I/Desk Manager ready to step up)
• Strong understanding of process-driven sales
• Experience creating accountability and structure in a team
• Ability to coach, develop, and—when necessary—make tough decisions
• Comfort operating in an environment that is evolving and improving
