What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Esthetician position at PRICK'D MedSpa?

Duties:
- Educating guests on skin health and beauty needs.
- Provide guests with result driven results that exceed their expectations.
- Knowledge of spa products as well as all treatments offered throughout the spa.
- Conduct skin analysis in accordance with the highest levels of expertise and customer care.
- Provide consistent professional facial and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certifications practices.
- Actively promote at home skincare regimens, to meet retail goals
- Keeping your designated treatment area/room clean, uncluttered and organized.
- Uphold all standards of sterilization and sanitation required by law and spa policy.
Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician license for minimum of 1 years.
- Proven experience in providing esthetician services such as microneedling, hydrafacials, coolpeel, bbl, moxi, laser hair removal, Aerolase, chemical peels and facials.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of salon software for scheduling and client management is a plus.
