Manager, Salesforce Consulting (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas, TX. Assist clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. Develop custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach teams.
Develop, implement, and configure computer applications software for clients by analyzing user needs and designing custom software solutions leveraging the Salesforce product suite. Drive program efficiency utilizing the Agile Development Methodology to create and manage lean Salesforce implementation teams utilizing tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and GitHub while coordinating Salesforce technology enabled solution design and system roadmaps with multiple teams. Deliver scalable solution architecture and integrated software solutions involving different Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, CPQ, and Billing. Configure Salesforce products utilizing Apex and Visualforce coding to develop custom software solutions.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce.com Certified Developer, Salesforce.com, Certified Sales/Service Consultant
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
· Define and deliver scalable technical solution architecture and integrated solutions involving different Salesforce clouds;
· Demonstrate proven ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution;
· Performing systems application implementations, software configurations, or other related coding in at least one or more of the following technical product suites: Salesforce.com, SAP, Oracle, Marketo, cloud business applications or on-premise ERP business applications; and
· Performing third party integrations, applying knowledge of third-party functionality and impact of these integrations.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
