Job Title: Systems Analyst 2 (Salesforce Administrator)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week; Local candidates only)
Contract Duration: Jan 2026 – Aug 2026 (Approx. 8 months)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to support and manage Salesforce environments for a large enterprise program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce administration skills, experience with integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, CI/CD, and working in Agile teams.
This role involves managing multiple Salesforce orgs, supporting production environments, enhancing system performance, and ensuring high availability. Prior experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support multiple Salesforce orgs in a complex enterprise environment.
- Configure Salesforce using standard tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.)
- Implement and maintain security models, permissions, and user access controls.
- Perform data migrations, ensure data quality, and support integrations with third-party tools.
- Work with CI/CD frameworks such as Flosum for versioning and deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues across production, QA, and sandbox environments.
- Support authentication and integration standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Provide on-call support when needed (occasional evenings/weekends).
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- 7 years of experience with SDLC, release management, and CI/CD tools (preferably Flosum).
- 7 years of experience with data migration, data quality processes, and 3rd-party integrations.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience with authentication protocols (OAuth) and web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery).
- 2 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC).
- Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Azure Data Factory.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience building no-code automation (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder).
Work Environment
- Hybrid role: 2 days onsite per week (Thu & Fri).
- Candidates must already reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX.
- Local candidates only; relocation is not accepted.
