Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong hands-on technical skills and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality applications in a collaborative Agile environment. This role supports ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise applications and requires a developer who can work independently while also contributing within a team setting.
This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be physically located in the Austin metro area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Build scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Work with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Apply object-oriented design principles, secure coding practices, and RESTful API standards.
- Analyze requirements, design robust technical solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable code within project timelines.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities such as sprint planning, peer reviews, and version control management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application vulnerabilities and issues found during audits.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of hands-on development experience with the .NET Framework
- 8 years of professional experience with .NET Core
- 8 years working with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
- 8 years of experience using SQL Server including queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, source control, and collaborative development
- Expertise in object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and secure coding principles
- Experience analyzing requirements and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule
- Experience establishing and maintaining secure coding standards
- Experience identifying and resolving application vulnerabilities
- Experience resolving issues discovered through audits
Preferred Experience
