Job Title: Senior Data Quality Analyst

Location: DFW Airport, TX (Onsite only – no remote option)

Duration: Full-time / Contract

Note: This is W2 role only hence No C2C/1099 will work.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Quality Analyst to serve as a Data Steward, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise data. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing data quality rules, managing data governance processes, and developing dashboards to monitor data quality across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Informatica Data Quality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain data quality standards, controls, and metrics.
• Develop and manage data quality dashboards to identify and report data issues.
• Support data issue tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Design and apply data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data stewards to establish cross-domain standards.
• Assist in the development of data policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Participate in working groups to address data quality initiatives and remediation plans.
• Track remediation progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate data quality insights and findings to both technical and non-technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in data management with a focus on data quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong experience in data quality management, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica Data Quality for establishing and maintaining data rules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to work independently and ensure timely delivery of data quality initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in data management, data governance, or data quality.
• Experience in data quality working groups or governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level data systems and analytics tools.

Other Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge as required by the Department of Homeland Security and DFW Airport regulations.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time at DFW Airport, TX.

Work Environment

• Office-based position involving extended periods of sitting and computer work.
• Requires attention to detail, data analysis, and frequent interaction with cross-functional teams.
