Job Description

We are seeking a Management Consultant to support a strategic advisory engagement for a large public-sector ERP modernization initiative. This role will work closely with the consulting team to develop high-quality strategy presentations, advisory documentation, and structured deliverables that support executive decision-making during the ERP sourcing and evaluation process.

The consultant will assist in consolidating insights from stakeholder interviews, business assessments, and sourcing analyses into client-ready PowerPoint and Word deliverables following consulting best practices.

This role is ideal for consultants who have experience working in strategy consulting, technology advisory, or business transformation engagements and are comfortable producing structured consulting outputs such as presentations, reports, diagrams, and analysis frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop PowerPoint presentations and Word-based deliverables aligned with consulting standards and engagement milestones.
• Organize and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into structured consulting outputs.
• Create diagrams, swimlane charts, tables, and illustrations to support analysis and storytelling.
• Support the preparation of materials used for executive briefings and project milestone presentations.
• Work with consulting leadership to refine deliverables and ensure they align with engagement objectives and deliverable guidelines.
• Assist with documentation supporting ERP sourcing and vendor evaluation processes.
• Translate complex information into clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a consulting or advisory environment.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Word deliverables development.
• Excellent written communication and ability to structure ideas clearly in written form.
• Ability to create visual frameworks, diagrams, and process flows.
• Experience supporting strategy, transformation, or technology consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to ERP modernization, technology strategy, or sourcing initiatives.
• Experience supporting RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, or procurement advisory engagements.
• Familiarity with consulting methodologies used in strategy or transformation engagements.

Experience Level:

• 5–8 years of consulting or advisory experience preferred.

Engagement Details:

• Location: Texas-based (remote with occasional travel)
• Allocation: Approximately 60–75% engagement
• Duration: Initial 3–4 month engagement with potential extension upto 6 month
• Client: Large public sector ERP modernization program
