Job description
Priced Right Auto Inc. is a fast growing used car dealership and automotive service center. We are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly service advisor to help lead our service department.
The service advisor is responsible for scheduling work, building relationships with customers, and much more! More specifically, Priced Right Auto is actively trying to grow their service department. The service advisor will play a large part in this by improving customer relations and assuring all customers have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- Build repair estimates for inventory and customer vehicles
- Accurate parts ordering in a timely manner
- Coordinate all pre-sale vehicle inspections in the required time frame
- Handle service requests from sales department in a timely manner
- Closeout/record invoices - ensure accurate record keeping in DMS with notes/status
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Assist in warranty claims
- Contact customers with estimates, updates, completion times etc.
