Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Price Mortgage LLC. The Mortgage Loan Officer will guide clients through the loan process from initial contact to closing, including assessing borrower needs, explaining loan options, and recommending suitable mortgage products. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial documentation, coordinating with underwriting and processing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer with a strong track record in residential mortgage origination and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including current regulations, loan products, and market trends.
- Hands-on expertise in Mortgage Lending processes, from application through closing, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with Underwriting principles and documentation requirements, and ability to collaborate effectively with underwriting teams.
