Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation.
- Track and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and verify pricing, product specifications, and terms of agreements.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Help maintain and update purchasing databases and records.
- Participate in the negotiation of contracts or agreements with suppliers.
- Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analyzing spending trends.
- Assist with resolving order discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
