Price Industries Inc. is on the search for a Customer Service/Order Entry Assistant for its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA. This position will be responsible for managing customer service (Account Management) and the order entry process, from customer inquiry to Production Control, to optimize customer satisfaction and support effective production scheduling.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Management team with daily interactions with customers. In addition to assisting the Account Management team, this position will also assist the Order Entry team.

- Checking order status and tracking
- Expedite requests
- Problem resolutions
- Field Quality Reports
- Return Material Authorizations
- Credit and debit requests
- Cross references
- Software and web site support
- Data Entry
- Change Orders
- Digital Order filing
- 4 years’ experience of managing customer service
- Experience in sheet-metal industry a Huge Plus
