What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Price Industries?
We are on the search for an hourly Maintenance Technician for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA.
Responsibilities And Qualification
- sGeneral Maintenance experienc
- eReading and interpreting drawings and written instruction
- sPerform Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment in the manufacturing process
- .Suggest and execute countermeasures to repair or prevent future downtime when possible
- .Capable of using most measuring instrument
- sWork closely with the Maintenance Manager and Safety Manager to assist in auditing equipmen
- tParticipate in Continuous Improvement activities as neede
- dFork Truck driving, use of scissor lifts and boom lifts is required; experience is recommende
- dModifying of equipment, carts, tools, or anything pertaining to manufacturing as neede
- dAssisting the Maintenance manager on a as needed basis which includes but not limited to Preventative Maintenance activitie
- sGeneral clean-up activitie
- sMust be able to read and speak Englis
- hMaintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, Usage of parts
- )Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and lift 50 pounds on occasio
- nMust be available for Monday through Friday shift work and overtime as neede
- dMachining and welding experience is a plu
