Searching for a Make-Ready Technician for a Multi-Family apartment property in the OKC area.
Summary of Duties: Prepares apartments for occupancy quickly while while meeting property standards and supporting general community maintenance.
Duties include:
Painting, minor sheet-rock repair, removing appliances, light maintenance, cleaning grounds and removing litter from the property.
Benefits on the first of the month following 30 days.
