Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains records and prepares reports which may be complex in nature, or require knowledge of spreadsheet or database applications.
- Performs clerical tasks requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental area and corporate policies and procedures.
- Answers telephone inquiries, delivers messages, sorts and distributes departmental mail.
- Resolves nonroutine questions; refers questions with policy and procedure implications to supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
