Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions and reconcile accounts.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
- Generate daily financial reports and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and guest interactions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety protocols.
- Align auditing and service tasks with hotel operational goals.
- Communicate shift updates and issues to daytime management.
- Answer phones, make reservations, and update guest information in the system.
- Send daily reports to Leadership, GM, AGM, and DOS.
- Clean lobby and Breakfast area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous hotel-related experience preferred
- Valid driver license legally allowing driving for work purposes during working hours

- Hospitality or customer service training recommended
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fast-paced environment with frequent guest interaction
- In-person, regular, predictable attendance is essential to the position
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time while completing night audit reports and reconciliation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while covering front desk duties and assisting guests
- Ability to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift as operational needs require
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items such as packages, guest amenities, or office supplies, generally not to exceed 25 pounds
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate computers, telephones, printers, credit card terminals, key systems, and other front desk equipment
- Visual ability to read computer screens, reports, financial documents, and reservation systems
- Auditory and verbal ability to communicate clearly with guests, emergency services, and management, in person and by telephone
- Ability to move throughout the hotel, including guest floors and back-of-house areas, to respond to guest needs or safety issues
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain alert during late-night hours
