Salary Range: $32-$33 hourly plus commission (varies depending on experience and property location)
Location: Garland, TX
Key Role Responsibilities
- Organize and direct maintenance programs and staff throughout the apartment property
- Assign and schedule work orders to maintenance team members
- Follow up with all service requests
- Assist with supervision of Make-Ready (unit turning) program
- Maintain adequate parts and appliance inventory at all times
- Oversee completion of Preventive Maintenance Program and implement Price Brothers Safety program
- Consistently review performance and activities of maintenance staff
- 2-3 years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
- At least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of building trades and codes
- Previous experience with HVAC systems
- Excellent supervisory, training and organizational skills
- Knowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)
- Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
- Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
