This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining exposure to law firm marketing, communications, and digital media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Assist with scheduling and posting approved content on social media platforms.
- Track engagement and assist in compiling analytics reports.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain and update marketing spreadsheets, contact databases, and content calendars.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for marketing initiatives and materials.
- Assist with logistics for firm photo shoots, events, or video production as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
