What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNTING CLERK position at PRICE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP?
Price Automotive Group is now hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk.
NO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities Include:
- Enter, edit, review and post accounting entries for service, parts, and body shop.
- Process and reconcile daily deposits from sales, service, parts, and body shop.
- Receipt checks into automate (service, body shop, insurance, parts, A/R, etc.).
- Review and keep assigned schedules up to date.
- Assist controllers with daily, weekly, monthly and end-of-month tasks.
- Process check requests
- Accounts Payable (Backup role)
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
