Job Summary:

As the Warehouse Manager at Priano, you will leverage your extensive warehouse operations and management expertise to optimize our new state-of-the-art facility. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse management, incorporating process improvement and strategic leadership. You will ensure the efficient handling and storage of goods while managing a dynamic team, significantly impacting our operational success and overall productivity. Utilizing innovative strategies and tools will enhance operational efficiency and contribute to your professional growth and the satisfaction of team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Strategically organize the warehouse to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Lead, hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Maintain rigorous safety and security protocols to ensure a safe workplace.

• Keep meticulous inventory records and perform periodic audits to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.

• Manage logistics and staging of outgoing products, ensuring optimal space usage and operational flow.

• Direct responsibility for maintaining warehouse equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are safe and operational.

• Enforce policies and systems such as the picking ticket system to track materials and supplies accurately.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in NetSuite and G Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Expertise in warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and staging

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Technological proficiency and a knack for process improvement

• Keen attention to detail coupled with practical time management skills
