Responsibilities Include
- Monitoring and managing incident queues through ServiceNow
- Serving as an active member of cross-functional project teams throughout implementation cycles
- Assisting with application and interface testing to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient system performance
- Supporting modality measurement testing to validate image quality and device integration
- Developing and documenting department workflows to support imaging operations and clinical end users
- Creating clear documentation for both internal purposes and end-users such as nurses, radiologists, technologists, and administrators
- Training clinicians and internal staff—including nurses, doctors, technologists, and administrative employees—on the use of Merge PACS or Change Healthcare solutions, including system features, workflow best practices, troubleshooting basics, and safe handling of imaging data
- Conducting onboarding and refresher training sessions, both in person and virtually, tailored to clinical roles and internal project teams
- Referencing and maintaining system documentation through OneNote and other shared resources
- Escalating issues to client teams or vendor support when necessary
- Traveling to client sites as required to support implementations, go-lives, testing, and training efforts
- 5+ years of experience in a PACS Training role or as Admin with focus on Radiology implementations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Merge PACS or Change Healthcare imaging systems
- Strong training skills, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, including written documentation, verbal communication, empathy, and a sense of urgency
- Ability to collaborate with clinical stakeholders and internal technical teams
- Familiarity with Google Workspace productivity tools
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred but not required
- Consistent availability for the entirety of the project lifecycle
