The Senior Business Analyst role will take the lead in analyzing business process, managing requirements, and ensuring the banker platform serves the need for the firm. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead sessions with business and technical stakeholders, including senior bankers, business management, compliance, and IT teams.
· Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for system enhancements or reporting needs.
· Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post implementation support.
· Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning.
· Prepare internal and external documentation supporting delivered requirements.
· Act as a subject-matter expert of the banker platform.
· Lead projects involving other team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
· Self-starter who takes initiative to accomplish tasks independently or with minimal guidance.
· Comfortable leading sessions with key stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
· Quick to learn new systems and processes, especially within Salesforce.
· Comfortable analyzing data and spotting trends or issues.
· Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
· Proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems.
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring critical tasks are delivered on time.
· Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
· Exposure to working in an Agile environment (e.g., using Jira for sprint management).
· Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
· Experience within financial services industry.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree required.
· 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
