Project Summary:
This project will standardize and rationalize the radiology and cardiology clinical imaging platforms across the firm’s market. These health hospitals have standalone PACS of cardiology and radiology currently, this project will standardize & rationalize these on the IBM Watson health imagining suite of applications (MERGE PACS on the cardiology side & MERGE PACS on the radiology side) and will be hosting the archives on the IBM Data Centers. Calling this a hybrid Cloud Implementation. The firm will be leveraging IBM’s cloud to store a portion of the images but will also have On Prem business continuity business hardware that will be deployed in each market, so in the event there’s some kind of a failure from hosted environments.
This position is remote with 25/35% travel, but the project is focused on CST and EST markets. The ideal candidate will be traveling to go live sites for the firm’s hospitals and will be traveling every two months and sometimes every other month just depends on the go live dates which aren't set yet.
