THIS JOB IS 100% REMOTE FOR SOMEONE LIVING IN THE EASTERN US TIME ZONE.Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to partner with the Talent Management team in designing and building a comprehensive technical onboarding program for new hires. This individual will be responsible for transforming subject-matter expertise into engaging, scalable, and effective digital learning experiences that accelerate time-to-proficiency and ensure a consistent onboarding experience across the organization.Responsibilities:· Design & Build Onboarding Journey· Conduct Technical Discovery· Develop Digital Learning Assets· LMS Configuration & Management· Pilot & Refine Content· Define & Track Success Metrics· Manage Content Lifecycle· Stakeholder, SME & Senior Leader PartnershipSkills:· Extensive experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or Technical Onboarding Specialist.· Proven success in designing end-to-end technical onboarding or capability programs.· Strong technical fluency in systems, tools, and workflows to create effective learning experiences.· Experience collaborating with senior leaders and SMEs, with influence without authority.· Hands-on expertise with digital learning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia).· LMS build and administration experience (Cornerstone preferred).· Excellent storyboarding, writing, and visual design skills.· Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders.· Comfortable using AI tools for rapid prototyping while ensuring quality.· Familiarity with regulated environments (insurance, financial services, compliance).· Portfolio demonstrating relevant digital onboarding or learning solutions.Send Resume to: matt.bell@pritechnology.comCompany DescriptionGlobal insurance firm
