Technical Skills

1. Hands-on programming ability – must be able to write code, not just review or approve architecture
2. Proof of Concept development – ability to validate that architecture actually works in practice
3. Strong design & architecture background – must be able to explain why specific design decisions were made, not just what was built
4. AI-specific skills – candidates without AI knowledge are a no-go
