Our fast-growing E-commerce client has a full-time opportunity for a Supply Chain and Distribution Recruiter. The E‐Commerce Distribution Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to fill roles in the e‐commerce distribution chain — from warehouse and logistics operations to customer service and fulfillment. This role bridges the gap between e‐commerce business needs and the right people, ensuring teams can handle the fast‐paced demands of online retail DevsData 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements for e‐commerce distribution roles, including warehouse associates, fulfillment specialists, logistics coordinators, and customer service representatives.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, industry networks, and recruitment agencies, targeting both active and passive candidates DevsData 1.
• Screen resumes to assess experience with e‐commerce platforms, fulfillment processes, and relevant technologies (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WMS systems)
• Conduct interviews to evaluate skills in logistics, inventory management, customer service, and compliance with e‐commerce regulations DevsData 1.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration into the team.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on e‐commerce trends, distribution technologies, and labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time‐to‐hire, candidate conversion rates, and cost‐per‐hire to optimize efficiency

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited school and 3 years of experience recruiting for distribution and supply chain staff, preferable for an E-Commerce firm.
