Candidates must demonstrate broad ownership of integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including video, landing pages, digital experiences, paid and organic social media, email, print, and customer communications. We are especially interested in professionals who have managed campaigns holistically and coordinated diverse teams—not candidates whose experience is limited primarily to project execution or task tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative projects from initial kickoff through final delivery and closeout.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate status meetings, drive decisions, document action items, and hold team members accountable for deliverables.
- Identify and address project risks, resource constraints, scope changes, and competing priorities.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, actionable execution plans.
- Independently manage tactical, production-focused, and delivery-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative, content, social media, email, digital, video, print, paid media, compliance, legal, business teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee creative specifications, version control, approvals, trafficking requirements, and final handoffs.
- Maintain project workspaces, status trackers, documentation, and collaboration tools.
- Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Qualifications
- At least eight years of creative or marketing project management experience within an in-house agency, external agency, marketing organization, or similarly complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across paid and organic social media, email, landing pages, digital experiences, video, print, and customer communications.
- Strong knowledge of creative production processes, including specifications, approvals, versioning, trafficking, and channel handoffs.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and move projects forward without direct authority.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with Workfront is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing is preferred.
