Graphics CNC Router Production Operator

Company Overview:
Phoenix based sign shop looking for talented individuals with CNC routing experience. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
Position Summary:
Responsible for routing & cutting color graphics and packaging orders to customers. Perform work in a production environment with minimal direction.

Role qualifications:
High school education or equivalent experience.

Position responsibilities

Use computer to place, cut, or route various substrates before or after printing

Prepare substrates for cutting

Weeding & cutting

Hand trimming, machine trimming, & wall saw cutting

Requires excellent hand/eye coordination

Ability to use small hand tools

Accurately measure

Detailed oriented

Package orders according to established procedures
Accurately code orders for invoicing

Keep work area clean from all excess debris
Help unload raw materials & assist in rotating stock on the shop floor
Zund and Summa cutter experience a plus

Essential skills and experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to carry a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to stand all day
Must be willing to work overtime as required, often on short notice.
Must be a team player and demonstrate operating style consistent with our culture
Must be able to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
