Data Scientist

We are seeking experienced Data Scientists at the Senior, Lead, or Principal level ( 3 positions) for a high-impact enterprise analytics engagement supporting a large-scale end client initiative. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and business-focused analytics experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced analytics to uncover actionable business insights.
• Develop and implement scalable data science models and analytical frameworks.
• Translate complex data into business opportunities such as upsell, cross-sell, customer targeting, and opportunity identification.
• Design and build large-scale datasets for modeling, mining, and research purposes.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions to communicate findings effectively.
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders to define analytical requirements and strategic objectives.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and process optimization across analytical workflows.
• Develop standardized analytical processes and reusable models for broader team utilization.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in: SQL, Python
• Candidates must be comfortable completing live coding exercises during the interview process.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining highly hands-on technically.
• Experience translating analytics into business outcomes and customer growth strategies.
• Experience supporting Marketing, CRM, or Database Management teams.
• Background in customer analytics, commercial analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Experience working on the business-facing side of analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with: Tableau, Teradata SQL, Hive / Spark, Clickstream analytics, Java or Scala
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or related field preferred.
