What are the responsibilities and job description for the Moving Team Leader position at PRH?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Essentially your role will be that of a moving specialist, however we are a junk removal company. You’ll ensure that client belongings are transported with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Every day brings new challenges, and you’ll have the opportunity to work with different team members, fostering camaraderie while building valuable skills.
ResponsibilitiesSafely load, unload, and transport client belongings.
Pack, wrap, and secure items to prevent damage during transit.
Protect property at both pickup and delivery locations (e.g., doorways, floors, and walkways).
Maintain a clean and organized worksite before, during, and after each move.
Provide excellent customer service—greet every client with a smile, handshake, and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient moving operations
- Use of basic hand tools, power tools, dollies, etc for disassembling furniture and other items.
Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs consistently throughout the day.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Punctual, dependable, and ready to work Monday through Friday, starting at 8 AM.
Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM start times.
Competitive Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus cash/credit tips. Happy Customers = lots of tips!
Training Provided: No prior moving experience required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
