Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
- Lead unit turns, preventive maintenance, and common area upkeep
- Support pool maintenance and safety protocols (CPO preferred)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and grounds to PRG standards
- Handle emergency on-call rotations as scheduled
- Diagnose and troubleshoot building systems
- Track inventory and escalate major repair needs
Qualifications
- 2 years of general or apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- CPO and EPA Universal preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work on-call as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working independently and mentoring others
