Key Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas
- Support unit make-readies, painting, light plumbing, and cleaning
- Help maintain tools, carts, and grounds
- Change locks, filters, and light fixtures as needed
- Respond to service requests and help with on-call emergencies
- Track supplies and report issues to Maintenance Supervisor
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications
- At least one year of general maintenance experience required; multifamily experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of tools, appliances, HVAC, and plumbing
- Willingness to learn and obtain certifications (CPO/HVAC)
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
