Job Description: The Account Manager – EDI & Licensing will play a critical cross-functional role at PRG, with responsibilities across licensing support, order entry, specialty retail account management, and logistics. This position will help ensure success by coordinating with internal teams and external partners, analyzing sales and sell-through data, and maintaining strong customer and licensee relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry/Management
- With the assistance of the warehouse team, enter and manage big box retail orders and track to completion
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment on outlined orders
- Communicate order status updates and resolve discrepancies or delays for big box retail customers
Sales Support and Account Management
- Provide key insights and data-driven recommendations to sales leadership on licensed products and big box retail orders
- Support sales team with product planning and accurate availability/inventory numbers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned big box retail accounts
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through responsive service
- Manage order updates and business reviews with outlined accounts
- Manage and maintain vendor set-up sheets for new products (UPCs, SKUs, product descriptions, etc.)
Licensing
- Assist in the management and tracking of licensed product renewals, compliance requirements, and submittals
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to ensure new/concept designs are within licensor guideline standards and are properly vetted and approved
- Help track licensed product sell-in and sell-through and present and share data with leadership with particular emphasis on big box retail channels
- With the assistance of the Director, Licensing and Product Development, help plan licensed product rollouts and product re-fresh initiatives
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or account coordination
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
· Experience working with EDI and other B2B platforms
· Experience in golf, consumer goods, apparel, licensing, or retail industry
