Member Services Representative
We're looking for a personable, dedicated individual to join our Member Services team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the member experience, supporting members by phone, email, and chat with billing and technical support for wireless service. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills will help you make every interaction positive and seamless.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails, resolving member inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Guide new members through sign-up and activation, making onboarding smooth and easy.
- Handle billing questions, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
- Troubleshoot mobile service issues and walk members through solutions.
- Support sales by explaining membership details, plan options, and company processes.
- Address member concerns and offer solutions that encourage continued membership.
- Partner with teammates to identify recurring issues and improve the member experience.
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of member interactions and resolutions.
