The Role:
We're looking for a high-energy, people-first Customer Success Assistant to be the face of Prevalent in our local community. If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aren't afraid to hit the pavement — this job was made for you.
You'll be out in the field connecting with local businesses, handing out marketing materials, and introducing them to what Prevalent can do for their shipping and storage needs. No experience in trucking? No problem. We'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is personality — and that's what we're really hiring for.
What You'll Do
- Get out in the community and distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to local businesses
- Start conversations, build rapport, and introduce business owners and managers to Prevalent's trucking and warehousing services
- Follow up with leads and help schedule consultations with our sales team
- Represent the Prevalent brand with energy, professionalism, and a smile
- Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings
- Track outreach activity and report back on leads generated
