At Prevailance, we are committed to delivering trusted expertise in support of our Navy partners. We have an immediate opening for a Manpower & Manning Analyst to support the Admin Department (N1) of the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC). This position is based on-site in Dahlgren, VA. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Review, update, and evaluate Navy Training Management and Manpower databases such as TFMMS, CeTARS, and FLTMPS to determine manpower requirements
- Analyze Activity Manning Documents (AMD) and related manpower reports
- Detect trends in manpower data, summarize findings, draw conclusions, and prepare briefings and presentations for leadership
- Support the annual review of training and manpower requirements for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience and detailed knowledge of U.S. Navy Manpower and Manning programs and regulations
- In-depth working knowledge of TFMMS, FLTMPS, My Navy Assignment (MNA), and related manpower/manning systems
- Knowledgeable of the POM process
- Familiar with the U.S. Navy requisition system, Priority Manning, and related manning forms/processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Desired:
- Prior Navy experience
- Experience conducting billet-level alignment and PMAP analyses to support workforce configuration and long-term planning
- Advanced Excel capabilities (multi-step formulas, PivotTables, data integrity checks across large datasets)
- Experience designing Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present manpower utilization, readiness metrics, and KPIs
- Familiarity with AI-supported data initiatives, including process automation and forecasting enhancements for training and personnel planning
- Strong ability to interpret and present data using Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools

High School Graduate
Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
