Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to serve as a Junior-Level Training System Analyst for the Commander, Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC). In this role, you will provide tactical and operational expertise to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of the Surface Force across multiple warfare domains. Occasional travel may be required.

Support Locations:
This role provides support across various SMWDC sites, including:
- SMWDC Headquarters, San Diego, CA
- Mine Warfare (MIW) Division, San Diego, CA
- Sea Combat (SC) Division, San Diego, CA
- Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Division, Dahlgren, VA
- Amphibious Warfare (AMW) Division, Little Creek, VA
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop high-quality graphics for presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism
- Utilize Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Premiere to create visually compelling content
- Provide classroom instruction on Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Surface Warfare (SUW) topics, tailoring delivery to diverse learner needs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design instructional materials and enhance training effectiveness
- Maintain and update course content to align with current doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Offer technical expertise to improve the quality and delivery of ASW and SUW training programs
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 1 years of recent experience providing classroom instruction on topic(s) related to the ASW and SUW warfare areas
- At least 1 year of recent experience developing high quality graphics for presentations
- Proficiency and at least 1 year of recent experience with Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and Premiere or equivalent computer programs
Preferred Attributes
- Recent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access (database management and entry)
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve tactical training and operational strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interfacing with Navy leadership and cross-functional teams
Security Clearance:
- Possess current SECRET Security Clearance

Salary : $80,000 - $135,000
