Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Leawood, KS, for a dedicated and dynamic Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor will consult with clients to assess their financial goals, develop personalized financial strategies, create plans for wealth management and retirement, and provide investment advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client financial information, recommending financial products or services, managing client investment portfolios, and fostering long-term relationships to guide clients through financial decision-making. Collaboration with the Prevail team to integrate tax, legal, and risk management strategies into client plans is a vital part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Investments.
- In-depth understanding of Finance and Financial Advisory to guide clients responsibly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to craft customized solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent credentials are preferred but not required.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals and business owners is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
