Overview: Medical Payment Posting Manager

Position Summary: The Posting Manager supervises Payment Posters and ensures all incoming payments are posted accurately and reconciled daily. Provides oversight and resolves escalated posting issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the posting team and monitor productivity.
- Ensure all payments are posted daily.
- Review and correct posting discrepancies.
- Generate and review reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with Billing and Reimbursement teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily deposit posting accuracy.
- % of payments posted within 24 hours.
- Number of unresolved posting discrepancies.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Healthcare, or related field.
- 3 years in healthcare payment posting or AR reconciliation.
- Leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong Excel and EOB analysis skills.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management software system.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Waystar: 1 year (Preferred)
- Out of Network Collections: 3 years (Preferred)
- Hospital Medical Billing/UB04: 2 years (Required)
