We’re hiring for a hands-on Event Operations Lead to help support weddings, events, rentals, and day-to-day operations across Pretty Little Vintage Co. and The Lincoln Loft & Studio ✨
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, active work, takes pride in staying organized, and likes being part of fast-paced event days without sitting behind a desk.
This position includes a mix of:
– warehouse organization
– event prep
– furniture and décor setup
– local deliveries/pickups
– light maintenance projects
– leading small event crews
– helping events run smoothly behind the scenes
No two weeks look exactly the same — which is part of the fun.
What We’re Looking For:
– Reliable and self-motivated
– Comfortable working independently
– Able to lift and move furniture/rental items
– Calm and solutions-focused during busy event days
– Comfortable driving a box truck or larger vehicle locally (no CDL required)
– Weekend availability during wedding season
This role is a great fit for someone with experience in:
events, warehouses, trades, delivery work, moving, venue operations, construction, or hands-on team environments.
What the Schedule Looks Like:
Hours vary week to week based on events (typically 15–30 hours/week). Most shifts take place Thursday–Monday, and schedules are generally shared 4–6 weeks in advance.
Pay Perks:
– Starting at $23/hour based on experience
– Paid training trial shift
– One week paid vacation
– $250 annual uniform allowance
– Simple IRA with 3% employer match

Pretty Little Vintage Co. is a specialty rental and event company focused on weddings and styled events throughout Upstate NY. The Lincoln Loft & Studio is our downtown Watertown wedding venue and creative studio space.
