Essential Job Functions
- Follow all safety rules and procedures required by department and company.
- Sets up silk screen, offset and label equipment, correctly.
- Keeps equipment running through production.
- Responsible for machines producing good quality parts.
- Follow all decorating procedures.
- Repair and report problems with equipment.
- Adjusts color if necessary on offset equipment
- Adds inks to screen and offset equipment
- Cleans screens, offset plates and blankets
- Keep equipment and work areas clean.
- Completes setup sheets correctly.
- Fills out production boards correctly.
- Runs equipment at the highest rate without compromising safety or quality.
- Clear line before starting new work order.
- Give operators instructions.
- Promote safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned
