We are searching for an onsite, hands-on, Human Resources Generalist to support our Salt Lake City, Utah plant.

What You’ll Support:
Frontline Recruitment:
- Increase employee retention, reducing turnover while also increasing employee satisfaction.
- Implement staffing and hiring plans and spearhead proactive plantwide workforce planning activities.
- Conduct on-site job fairs and host external hiring events to ensure consistent, proactive frontline recruitment occurs.
- Engage with local community-based organizations and initiate continuous outreach activities to increase candidate talent pools.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Help bridge communication between leadership and frontline employees.
Organizational Development
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Help assess training needs.
- Provide support to plant leadership in support of employee growth and development.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR best practices, and safety standards.
- Provide support and leadership to ensure a “see something, say something” plant culture exists.
- Support and reinforce plant safety and employee well-being programs.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3 years of proven success as an HR Generalist in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
- Strong frontline recruitment outcomes.
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to challenge plant leadership with humility and manage without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.
