Key Responsibilities
Welcoming Guests:
Greet families warmly as they arrive, making them feel comfortable and excited to be at the playplace. Go over play rules clearly, answer initial questions, and enforce rules as needed to ensure a safe and fun environment.
Customer Support:
Assist guests with questions or concerns throughout their visit. Handle transactions for play admission, the gift shop, snacks, or other purchases, ensuring accuracy and friendly service. Address any issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive experience for families.
Play Area Oversight:
Monitor children to ensure safe play and rule compliance. Continually tidy the play area, check for broken or dirty toys, and clean or sanitize as needed. Maintain a clean bathroom throughout the day, vacuum or sweep floors, and quickly address spills or messes to keep the space safe and inviting. Organize toys and supplies, maintain orderly play spaces, and ensure the facility is safe and inviting at all times. Regularly check that all areas are clean, well-stocked, and free from hazards.
Event Assistance:
Support birthday parties and special events with setup, coordination, and guest engagement. Set up tables, chairs, and requested decor, paying close attention to details specified by the guest. Assist during events to ensure they run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
Communication:
Keep guests informed about schedules, promotions, and upcoming activities. Provide friendly updates and guidance to enhance their overall experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-informed.
